Who: Any adult who can walk independently
Do you want to lose weight?
Do you want to improve physical fitness?
Would you like to alleviate stress or improve your mood?
If the answer to any of the above is yes then our walking club is for you!
We promote healthy eating and exercise as a way of preventing and managing disease.
Walking has many physical and psychological health benefits.
We welcome any adult you can walk independently.
We will meet every Friday at 12:45 starting on the 3rd May 2019.
Initially it will be for 6 weeks.
You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire on the first day.
We have four walk leaders allowing us to set a pace for walkers of all abilities.
