The reception/administration staff assist in the efficient day-to-day running of the practice and support the services we provide.When you telephone the surgery the receptionist will ask you for a few details these telephone consultations are taped for training purposes. Our receptionists have been trained to make these enquiries so that we can help you in the most appropriate way.
The reception staff are here to help you, but their job requires concentration. We have regular training sessions for all staff so that we can maintain a high level of care for all our patients, their carers and all others who we have contact with on a daily basis. During weekly training sessions we update our skills and reflect on our performance and the feedback we have received from the users of our service.
