IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

The practice will be moving to a new clinical system in the first week of February 2025.  This will impact the services we can deliver and we will be operating an Emergency Service only.   The dates for the transition are Friday 31st January 2025 and Monday 3rd February 2025 these dates will be confirmed closer to the time as this maybe subject to change.

If you currently use our on line services to order repeat prescriptions you will be contacted with a new link when this becomes available.  Please ensure you have enough medication to cover this period.  The on line system for ordering prescriptions is expected to be down from 30th January 2025.
